The training and line management experience she gained whilst serving has allowed Lorraine to become an effective manager over the years. She has built on this in the various HR roles she has held since.
She has worked in a variety of sectors in an HR management role including: Ryvita, Local Government, NHS, Electronic Engineering, Economic Development, Connexions and both Further and Higher Education.
Lorraine is comfortable working in the commercial, public and not for profit sectors. Different sectors have their own cultures but compliance with employment law is essentially the same.
