Lorraine can offer either a complete outsourced HR support service or advice on demand. Once she understands your business requirements and can accurately assess what you need, she will agree a fee structure with you including a Contract for Service. Fees can be
- annual retainer fee
- agreed monthly cost
- one-off fee for a specific HR project or placement
- agreed hourly rate to assist on an ad hoc basis
